RIGHT OF RETURN
If you wish to return a product or part of your order products, you must notify us in writing through the contact form or by faxing or by calling the customer service at the phone. - However, if the order was handed over by the customer with a carrier of its choice, mvlavianos.gr is not responsible for any damage or defect that the product or products have suffered during transportation.
- If you wish to return the product or products you ordered for someone else, then the shipping costs of the product refund are not covered by mvlavianos.gr and charge the customer.
- Reimbursed money does not include initial shipping costs.
Also products that are listed as ordered are not refunded.
- We are sorry, but we do not accept returns to special orders (eg special size lounges, wardrobes in special colors, etc.), linen with open packages (eg covers, pillows and mattresses, etc.), products ordered exclusively for you, whether from domestic or foreign suppliers / manufacturers.

The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents
